The location is excellent being under the Castle, very close to travel links and a short walk 10 minute through to the charming Old Town. The trams stop right outside. Bratislava is small enough to be comfortable yet big enough to be interesting. Staff all excellent.

Location was good, close to the castle and easy to walk to the centre. The breakfast was fine with soya milk available. The room was a decent size with a small wardrobe to hang clothes. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable.

Great location and rooms were clean, quiet and comfortable. However not even a cup or glass in the room, no tea / coffee making facilities, no safe and no hangers in the wardrobe.

The location is just in the heart of Old Town, which was very convenient. The room was good, the bed was perfect. There was an air conditioner (in summer it is just a must). The room was cleaned every day, the towels were changed.

Facilities, Staff, Location and accessiblity were top notch. Hotel was very well maintained, the staff were professional, courteous and willing to help in many ways. For the price of the room despite my usage being as merely a place to sleep for 4-5 hours it was highly cost effective.

Very good location, 5 minutes from the city center. Room was clean and confortable in a quiet area. Breakfast was ok.

Location excellent for the old town, transport, sights, restaurants, shopping, very easy to walk to many destinations, or use one of the many transport options, the pre-paid travel system is great, especially if you purchase a ticket valid for a few days /weeks or months. Breakfast was fine, mixed selection buffet style, loved the longer times at the weekend😊 Room not massive, but more the adequate for crashing out in the evening, clean and warm very comfortable bed. Staff all spoke great English and more then helpful with any queries.

The location was perfect as just a 5 minutes walk into the old town which was my favourite part of Bratislava. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the breakfast delicious. There was something to cater for all guests.Pre Order at the hotel and it's half the cost, so are taxis. Only 19 euro to the airport. Air con in the Room was a godsend in 43' heat. Train and buses run well to visit Vienna. All the staff are so friendly and helpful. They are a credit to the company.

The ibis brand is recognized as it is, good value. The location was outstanding, just 10 minutes walk in either direction to the castle or city center. Breakfast included, was pretty good. Parking was easy enough on the street. Room was comfortable and clean. Bar in lobby for drinks.
